DUI and Ohio High School Students

Most high schools offer athletic programs and other extracurricular activities. In exchange for the privilege to participate, students are generally required to sign a contract agreeing to refrain from possession or use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco. If the student is cited for underage drinking and driving, they will likely be removed from these programs and that’s only the start of other penalties high school students could be facing.
